NerdyNI uses personal information only for the purpose it was provided: responding to messages, reviewing event submissions, and sending requested news or event recommendations.
Newsletter information
The newsletter form collects your email address, first name, broad area, interests, acquisition source and consent record. Mailchimp processes newsletter subscriptions. New subscribers are set to pending until they confirm by email. Every message includes an unsubscribe route.
Website and spam protection
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. If Turnstile is enabled, it is used to prevent automated form abuse. Non-essential analytics will not be activated without the appropriate consent controls.
Event submissions and contact
Information sent by email is used to respond, verify public event details and maintain the editorial record. Do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for the request.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any newsletter, or ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing info@nerdyni.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, consent evidence or legal obligations.
