What happens next
We verify the request against the organiser, venue, ticketing source or original record. Material changes are made in the content record with an updated fact-check date. Changes that affect whether somebody should travel or buy a ticket are prioritised.
Image and identity corrections
If you are pictured, credited or identified incorrectly, tell us which image or passage is affected. Rights and safeguarding requests are handled before routine copy edits.
